Mentoring staff/apprentices new to regulatory is an area of keen interest for Regulatory Specialist. We can work with your staff to develop their regulatory expertise by being a sounding board as they navigate the regulatory pathway. We will mentor them so that they know what to look out for, where to find the information, how to navigate relevant guidelines and legislation but most importantly develop their confidence to act independently when the time is right. We believe that mentoring regulatory professionals and passing on our knowledge is our way of giving back to the profession.
